A small, local distributor called Sasko Products opened in 1987 in Saskatoon. In 2004, the company was rebranded to Madero and shortly after opened a distribution centre in Calgary, Alberta, followed by Winnipeg, Manitoba in 2008.
Today, Madero is a primary distributor of products in the door and hardware category, to lumberyards across all of western Canada.
